“The funny thing is that we had a goal to serve and provide assistance to your athletes but the reality is that your athletes had a greater impact on us. Your group of kids brought real joy to the lives of our young men that typically build up walls of machismo. At least for that day, they were able to bring those walls down and act like kids. What a great experience to be able to witness as a coach and high school educator.” |
